Back to business!!

I hope that all of you are enjoying your week. The last couple of weeks have been very busy for us. Between changing jobs (which I love by the way) and the events of getting the kids ready for school, I have gotten over my head. I am fixing to have a Kindergardener and a Second Grader. Lord that makes me feel very old. Keelie has been very busy with end of the year dance recitals. Kadin has been finishing up baseball and all the awards and picnics involved. Vacation Bible School at church is this week. Next week is the week of the fourth and all that is entailed. To top it all off, July 9th is the kids first day back at school. Where did the summer go. I am actually looking forward to getting back on a weekly schedule where I know what is going on every single day. I have no idea why I thought that I wanted to have another baby. Can you imagine all that we have to do and having another child in the mix. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Fathers Day was a very lazy day for us. We all overslept. When I say overslept, I mean 10am. That is very late for us. It was so late that we missed church and I felt very bad. I cooked lunch and we all laid around and vegged out all day. That night at 7pm Eider had a soccer game in Asheville. Simple, but nice! I will try to update more often so that it does not sound like a news real. lol :)

New Job

So I think that I am really going to enjoy my new career path. I have been contemplating for years what to do with myself. I know that I do my main job (MOMMY) pretty well and whole hearted, but now that the kids are older I wanted to do something with myself. If anyone knows me really well then they know that I have no problem talking to anyone. I have a very bubbly personality and I all around enjoy life. I figured what the heck, and tried to think of a career that suited me. I got it. Sales! I know that it might be hard but I can do it. I now am working for AmeriLife & Health. I have been there a little over a week and have finished half of my classes to get my insurance and annuities license. I really like the people that I have been working with. They are very nice. I have my own little office with one little picture of my kids that I took out of my car and hung on the wall with tape. Sad huh! I guess that on Monday I will have to maybe take a plant or something to liven the place up. I am glad that I got this job, I worked hard for it. 32 people applied for the one position, and I GOT IT!! (Patting myself on the back) :) Well everyone wish me luck and I will keep you up to date on the events of the new job world!
